So you're not experiencing any sort of anxiety or a panic attack. Just the fatigue?? That could be because of multiple things then but are you positive you aren't having anxiety or panic? Have you ever had anxiety or panic attacks? They most definitely can leave you tired and drained but groggy I haven't heard much at all which leads me to believe unless you are experiencing panic attacks or heavy anxiety it might be something else.

You may be suffering from Depersonalisation disorder.......

Look into it, it is a symptom of anxiety.

Do you sometimes feel like you in a dream like state?

Its not dangerous by the way and if it is this will go away eventually

You've got the symptoms of anxiety, but you don't feel anxious? Isn't the fact you've decided to look up your symptoms means there's some sort of anxiety going on? When I suffered from anxiety,it was the anxious feeling that made me google my symptoms.

Dear Danielle, you need to get a proper diagnosis from your doctor. Go back to them and described your symptoms and feelings and thoughts (write down what they are first) and ask for a proper diagnosis. It may be anxiety, it may be something else, but until you know what it is, you wont know what treatment is appropriate. Also, please dont google your symptoms as this certainly does lead to being anxious. Get a proper diagnosis from a properly qualified person. If necessary, take a friend with you or family member if possible for support (only if they are supportive). Good luck. Come back on the forum and tell us how you are getting on x

Danielle I feel the exact same way! It feels like such a task to get anything done. I have 2 children and I work full time. I'm constantly in a fog, can't think straight, go blank in the middle of a conversation. I feel like I'm dumb or unintelligent even though I know it's not true.
