I got out and 15 to 20 mins they went away like is that a sign of Herpes????

Herpes doesn't go away that quickly, but he should get his bump swab tested for herpes and maybe you should as well, or the IgG (not IgM) antibody test if there's nothing left to swab. Most STD panels do not include herpes. It's a non-standard test that usually needs to be specifically requested. Are you sure it was included in your last checkup?

They pee tested me because I have a history of urinary tract infections and when I called they told me everything was negative. Now I'm getting like this really tiny bump on my lip like idk what to do. He said he got it checked 1 doctor said it was herpes and the other doctor said it don't look like anything. But the thing is he had sex with his baby mother before me and they said she was positive for herpes and he didn't know

I doubt your urine test covered herpes. Best thing now is to get your bump swab tested for herpes if you're worried.

Yes, by blood (looks for antibodies). It is mostly reliable depending on the test brand used. Request the herpes (both types) IgG antibodies test, not IgM, as IgM is not reliable or recommended for herpes testing. If you have ever had cold sores, you will likely show positive for HSV1, just fyi.
