HELP!

i have had itching in my vaginal area for a few days now. i had a yeast culture done last week that came back negative for that and BV. it doesnt hurt down there, but it does sting when i stretch the skin. tonight i seen these cuts along with the dry skin on my perineum and im kind of freaking out. does this look like an STD ? please help

      i see a sore looks like herpes go get tested keep me updated

      okay. i will. can you get a herpes sore without it being a blister first?

      yes could have popped in ye sleep from anything or can start as a sore
