I hadmy gallbladder removed on the 26th of December. I know it's only been a couple of weeks. But last night I had pain like I did before they removed my gallbladder. Is that normal?

I hope it's just temporary. I had my GB out June 2015 and still have pain. Been to all kinds of doctors and no one has an answer. They just give meds and tests than send you to another doctor. I'm going to an interneist alternative medicine doctor in a week. I'm praying for some help.

Hi Loretta,
Sorry to learn you're going through this! I am wondering about your activity level. It's easy to pull internal stitches if you're not careful.
If this pain persists, I suggest that you go back to your doctor and ask him or her to investigate what's going on. Or, if you haven't seen a gastroenterologist, you might want to get a referral to one. The digestive system is very complex, and interrelated.
Best of luck to you, and let me know how you get on!
