Not heard of colography. Did you have an anterior and posterior repair?

You obviously have had prolapse repairs. It's almost a year now so everything should be back to normal. Can you feel or see a lump is that why you are wondering if your prolapse has returned again? As for seeing your urethra, some women can but as for your urine coming out in a spray it sounds as though the position of your urethra has moved or been changed during your operation.

It's possible you have another prolapse (probably bladder) again elliott but the only way you will know for sure is to see your GP. You don't say how old you are but I can't see why you shouldn't be referred to a urogynaecologist. Insist that it is a urogynaecologist and not a gynaecologist (although some urogynaecologists do still call themselves gynaecologist) because there's a huge difference in their training. I don't know who did your repair in April but it's possible you could be referred back to him/her. Put your mind at rest and see your GP.
