Hi Ladies

As some of you know I have been dealing with awful stomach issues the last several weeks. I have found one med that has helped but still not back to myself.

My problem is I have moved out of state but have managed to keep my doc in Ohio (I live in Nevada now) but have to switch as I need to have this issue addressed. I have SEVERE health anxiety and I just made an appointment for the new doc for tomorrow. I loved my old doc as he was aware of my anxiety and never made an issue of it. I'm already a nervous wreck and could use some positive thoughts to get me through this appt. Always fearing the worst. My heart rate always skyrockets at the beginning of the appt even with my Xanax. Why is this so hard for me?

I'm trying to calm myself to no avail.

Any suggestions or good juju appreciated. You ladies are a blessing for sure.

Thank you so much Pam. I am going to try to just let myself be nervous... Sounds weird to me but at this point fighting it doesn't work lol. Thank you kindly for your advice. Greatly appreciate it.

make sure you are not ingesting ANY artificial sweeteners or fillers. they are hidden in everything! sorbitol maltodextrin sucrolose ect. you have to be vigalant with ingredients. nothing 'sugar free' even supplements! no diet soda. i dont know if it is age that did this but its worse than ever. i can only eat 'whole' foods. nothing fake or artificial. i am so limited in what i eat BUT ITS WORTH IT.
