My dad has copd all the conventional remedies are coming to an end . I was told about cbd oil does anyone have any first hand knowledge with this

Does your dad not get prescribed inhaler meds? these are not coming to an end.
cbd oil for lung disease, I have not heard of such a treatment.
with a little research its mention use for lung cancer patients.
