Hello, im worried i have herpes! i had gotten diagnosed with mono today(if that has anything to do with it), 3 days ago i noticed a painful lesion with red in the center, the next day it became more of a bump with an indentation in the center, today there is barely any pain with a brown crust almost in the middle. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

where is it located? does not really look like typical herpes. usually there are more or more would have appeared by now.

id also like to add i never felt any tingling or pain when i pee. Did have a fever because of mono, but i heard mono can be from herpevirus 4. i never have any issue, when i had sat down 4 days ago thats the first day it was an open sore, which i could feel it thru my jeans. Only took a day to close up, im just very confused.
