do you shave the area? it looks like a shaving spot possibly depending on how long its been there

no i havent shaved i cut thr hairs around it so i could see thats why the hairs are shorter. but they have been there for 3 days i wanna say. should i be worried?

dont worry yourself to much just yet book with your doctor soon as possible have them swabbed but they dont look raised or pimple like keep an eye on the area incase more appear.
