HELP feeling awful

I've worked all day from 9 til 6 with no break in a baby unit with crying babies and I had to rearrange and set up a new room , I have a 3 month year old and a five year old anyway I've came home and feel breathless I ate to quick and have weird pains it's calmed down a bit I just want to know I'm ok and this is just from working to hard ? Help please guys x

    You've just been working too hard and doing things too fast by the sounds of things. Eating a meal fast and rushing around will do that to you.  You have to try and relax if you can. Good luck.

    I think it's very likely it's from working so hard (eating quickly probably didn't help either), especially if the pain has calmed down. I hope you can get some good rest and sleep and feel better tomorrow. All the best x

    Hiya Lindsay, try relax now with a nice wee mug of hot cocolate and put your feet up, thats exactly what im doing smile,ive had another day from hell which seems 2 be the norm 4 me these days,try enjoy the rest of your night, tomorrows another day, take care smile xx

    You poor thing, no wonder you are feeling bad. No one should have to work from 9-6 without a break. Can you talke to someone about this? It's not legal for a start and how you are supposed to do work properly with such a responsible job is beyond me.
