Help!! I’m not sure what to do, went to the doctor & still no answers

hi, last week i had a few bumps around the opening so i used monistat and used the external cream and the bumps went away. i shaved like 2 days ago and realized i had some discoloration and what looks like healed marks. I went to the doctor today and they said that if it didn't hurt i shouldn't be worried. I only experienced itching. Could this be HSV?

    Mine look the same and they itch but don't hurt, I also shaved earlier today. Definitely still freaking out though
