Help identifying (pictures included)

I need help. So both my siblings were recently sick and I just got sick a few days ago with body aches, chills, and a fever. I'm getting over it but I noticed my throat has become more sore than it did when I first got sick and I noticed the opening of my throat to be extremely redder than it normally is and these bumps on the back of my throat. I am afraid this may be a herpes outbreak and I also noticed my tongue has a yellowish color that may not be seen in the photos. image

      its a viral throat infection it dosnt need treating it will clear by itself it only needs treating if bacterial which its not
