HELP IM FREAKING OUT! Little bumps on inside bottom lip

I noticed these little bumps in the inside on my bottom lip. I was reading online what it could be and HPV or HERPES came up. I think i freaked myself out a bit. I also read they can be fordyce spots or sebaceous glands. Does anyone else have these?
