Hello, I have been having severe pain for the last 4-5 days in my vagina started with what i thought was a little cut but then I started getting small bumps near the lip area. It proceeded to start itching and then i got sores. Now it burns so bad to urinate it is so painful I nearly cry.
I will attach photos below. Warning they are a bit graphic.

get tested as soon as possible. as soon as they see it they will more than likely tell you its herpes and go ahead and give you cream and medicine for it. they are going to be really uncomfy but the sooner you go and get the meds its going to feel so much better. ifnit does turn out to be herpes it can be very overwhelming in the moment they confirm it but i promise im new to it as well and it isnt the end it is very manageable and there is tons of support for you! good luck!

Looks a lot like herpes, I know it's really scary now but it will be okay. Make an appointment with a sexual health doctor and (if it is herpes) they will prescribe you with an antiviral (probably Aciclovir). Take lots of painkillers, pore water on your wounds when you wee and bath/shower a lot (I find it helps ease the pain/ cleans sores). The first is always the worst, you'll be okay, and remember you're not alone !
