Help, internal hemorrhoids?

i have this lump sensation around my anus for 4 days now. went to see the dr and she told me i have internal hemorrhoids grade 2 after rectal examination. however I am still anxious as i can still feel the fullness despite on medication. how long will it go away? here are some pics. sometimes it would get swollen, sometimes no. i have no blood during bowel movement. just fullness. the first pic when its swollen, the second one when it doesnt. imageimage

    Mine generally last 3-4 weeks, in fact mine have flared now. I also get the fullness/pressure but also strange sensations like tugging, tickling and crawling. They may also leak fluid causing burning. They say the only symptom of Internal Hems is bleeding but I have found this to be rubbish. Did the Dr use a scope to grade them? Usually they cannot be felt unless prolapsed.

      yeh mine was prolapsed the dr felt and saw

      it during finger examination also using the proctoscope.
