Help ? Is this warts?

So about a week ago noticed some discharge and these weird lessions or bumps after condom and unprotected sex. I immediately went to the doctor and he said they didnt appear to be anything and gave me gonorrhea/chlamydia testing which has since come back negative. As well as bv, trich, and yeast. I had a yeast infection. So i took the two fluconazole and the discharge cleared but these lessions or bunps still appear to be there...any clue what they could be?
