Help me !

I've been with my partner for seven months . We barely use condoms . Ive never experienced this before nor have any of my previous partners . On Friday I shaved and by Saturday night i experienced three small bumps which i popped and played with . They did not itch nor burn .

On Monday i discovered they had developed into open wounds and one on the inside of my vagina at the end . When pee touches the wound in the vagina it burns. I visited the doctor and have done blood test which i have not gotten the results for yet .

The doctor placed me on valacyilarir and acyclovir however i have seen no change . While using the acyclovir i have developed bumps surrounding the wounds that weren't there before . The wounds never oozed nor bleed . It doesnt itch either

My partner has no wounds nor bumps . Is it possible for this to be something else ?

please help !

    No that’s 100% Herpes mines looked this way... the meds helped me within 2 weeks ifelt better
