Help me please!!! Is this due to excessive discharge or is it genital herpes?

So ive had these tears or scares pop up out of no where. Im thinking its because i wiped to hard which everytime i wiped in the back i seen small spots of blood on the tissue. Maybe I caused friction sores or i have genital herpes. This has really been stressing me out alot. But before this there was a time when i did go to two doctors like last year and they told me that it was Genital herpes because at that time in the same spot as the tears, there were small pale bumps scattered in the spot also tingling and itching between my rectum and bottom of vag. Then later on in the year they were gone until i started seeing small finger like lesions that i cant explain. Fast forward to today the tingle sensation started back up on my butt cheeks with these tears.

    Get them swabbed as long as they are still here cz it's the only way to be really sure if it is herpes. Don't worry and good luck

    Did you take a test and they told you it was genital herpes or they were assuming it was?

      No i havent taken a test and when i did go to the doctor she said that it was genital warts but never tested me just prescribed a cream. But like i said this was last year, they went away and thats why i havent thought about it until now when i seen they open tears that came out of no where.
