I'm not an expert but that definitely looks like HSV (HERPES)
How long has it been there? When did you last have sex (oral or intercourse).
Any other symptoms with it? Are the sores painful?

no other symptoms they are not sore either been there for like 4days but no orher symptoms to do with herpes as i checked online it could be yeast infection

These do look like herpes sores i'm afraid. But I am also not an expert. I really think you should get a Doctors opinion. You could get an IGG blood test after 12 weeks to make sure if it is or not. Wish you all the best!
