WOW!!! First, have your doctor's told you to take Benedryl? That will calm the reaction if it is an allergy. Then think back to when it started, and even a couple of weeks before, because allergens can be "cumulative" (you can be using something with no problem, and then as it accumulates BOOM!!!! Reaction. So, it can be something that you put in you or on you. New perfume, shampoo, conditioner, clothes detergent, new dry cleaner, new clothes that have not been laundered- some companies use formaldehyde or other chemicals to prevent bugs when they are stored and shipped. New food, frying pan, cooking spray, spice. New medicine, vitamin, supplement. You get the idea. Weed out the new stuff. It may take a couple of weeks for the reaction to calm down after you get rid of whatever it is that is causing it! Good luck!
