Does anyone have 2 pea sized lump kinda things under there jaw close to the ears which they can move sad I'm really scared

    ​They are called lymph nodes an become enlarged due to an infection of some kind. They been there since the day you were born you just never noticed them before lol. smile but for piece of mind pop down the doc, I'm sure he'll say the same thing. Don't worry yourself about them trust me.  Google them for more info

    John you really have to speak to your parents about this and get some therapy

    to learn how to cope and deal with anxiety

      I was going to disagree with you at first (about the therapy, not about talking to parents) but John, looking back through some of your past posts I think lynne is right. We all suffer from anxiety it's just some people handle it better than others, that's why we're all here on this site anyway lol.

      This forum has been my life line and I will always try to give advice sometimes good sometimes not so good but I do believe you have to be prepared to help yourself with anxiety or else it will take over your life
