HELP PLEASE! Herpes or regular bump on butt(PICS)

i recently tested positive for hsv 2 with an index value of 1.41 Feb 10. The last in counter was Oct 29. This was our 4th time. I noticed symptoms for Chlaymdia a couple weeks after. I went and got treated he made me feel so disgusting i went and did a pap smear in Feb and got those results never thought i had it, no symptoms nothing. i been looking into false positives and i strongly believe it could've something with my antibodies due to the fact i was battling a virus during the test. I believe my partner tested negative so i believe i am too but anything makes me think i could i usually get bumps on my butt I just wanted to double check! Thank you image

    That's considered a low positive. And its about a 85% chance of it being a false positive. If I were you I would get a confirmation test.

    do you think the bump is nothing to worry about? also what can cause a false positive? im not sexually active like that so theres no way i couldve contracted it before my last partner.
