HELP - please --- What are these in my vagina right underneath the hole

Hi everyone - at first I thought this was a skin tag. But it seems like maybe its gotten maybe a hair bigger - it feels a bit itchy when i mess with it and when I did it started bleeding a bit. Is this a skin tag ? What is it. Someone please help me out. I think it gets raw and agitated with sex to and sometimes bleeds

Our vaginas changes over time and it looks like VP.

Infected area. If it only itches when you play with the area, it means the infection isnt fully developed yet, but its there.
