HELP this head sensation driving me CRAZY

Head tingling and tightening, jaw clenching does anyone else have this head sensation like a pulling tightening feeling in waves getting me down ??????

    Yes i also have this feeling in my head and jaw clenching i have seen it is called bruxism and prozac can cause this am on week 7 and going to try to work through this is this any help xx

    Hi guys my internet has only just come back , no I'm not on any meds at all ????

    Head tingling and tightening is the small blood vessels close to the scalp closing in order to divert the blood to your limbs ready for flight of fight. But don't worry it's totally harmless.
