when my feelings not at its peak it feels like an adrenaline rush in my head which lingers all day or when its bad im so scared ill lose control and hit someone or hurt someone im so distressed i have to lock myself up in my bathroom because im in so much shock, i also cant sleep because its so intense im scared ill wake up or do something in my sleep, ive only got one option and that seems to kill myself to relieve the unbarable stress im going through.. any ideas because i tnink im mental

So you don't think this is an anxiety symptom or maybe I get scared from these feeling that I'll lose control, and yes I have spoken to my doctor which said its anxiety which I don't know as it feels so real,

Hi there, first of all its just your anxiety making these horrible thoughts and i know it's distressing, anxiety lies to you and makes you feel like this...are you on any medication? If you are feeling like you are going to hurt yourself in any way please ring 111 or 999, are you home alone? Is there anybody there you can tell how you are feeling? Also ring your doctor on Monday morning to see someone.

Hey Pamela, I'm scared it's not and I'll act on this as it feels so real and frustrating like I just want to punch something ( which I don't really but the feelings so real) I'm never been a violent guy and have had this feeling for a week not long ago which I came out of, but this time it feels so much more constant and scary I just feel trapped and scared, I can't even enjoy or watch anything because the feelings always there, I'm not on any medication for it either,, ??

Hi Sam,
It's great that you reached out to this forum for help. Call the emergency medical room now!!! You probably have more going on then anxiety. You need immediate help, so if there is a friend, family member nearby that you could talk to, tell them about what you are going through. I pray that you'll get though this. Let us know how you're doing.

Unless you are experiencing blackouts too nothing will happen while you're asleep. You have to be awake to actually do something. Just in case don't take sleeping pills and check your meds if you have some cause you not to remember what you did. Like sleeping pills, it could happen.Do you sleepwalk? Or experience any blackouts cause if you do go to your doctor and tell them right away. Don't drink alcohol, do drugs, or smoke anything. In case you do this. This can aggravate the problems. Are these symptoms anger issues? You may have a anger problem if it is. Go tell your Doctor or get a therapist if you don't have one already. You're not mental. You have a problem and you need to get help. You're getting stressed out about your thoughts. It's the Anxiety. It's understandable since your thoughts seem intrusive. You're a good person obviously if you care about not harm*ng others. Get help don't hu*t yourself that's not the solution. Go to your GP and tell them how you feel. Don't you stress out you will get better. First step is getting the help you need. If these thoughts are so intrusive they might give you medication to help. Hope you get better.👍💕💖💖🙏

Thankyou for you're kind words, I'm a 16 year old that doesn't smoke drink, do drugs or has caffeine as I wouldn't want to put my situation into worse times, of course I don't want to act on my feeling and thoughts as I'm not a violent person but they feel so real and I feel so depressed and trapped as I can't look forward to anything as its on my mind as well as the feeling of losing control, I'm simply scared for each day..

Sam you need to get help. Your depression needs to be treated. You do have many things to look forward too. You are very young. You have your whole life ahead of you. A therapist would help you. Since you're 16 I suppose you're in high school. You can also talk to your school counselor if you need too. I understand but these troubling thoughts you are having are interfering with your life. You need to get help. Tell your parents ask them to find you a therapist if you don't already have one. Try to distract your mind. What I do is.. I repeat a phrase on my head for a while so I won't focus on my thoughts. 🙏💖💖
