Hi there everyone
Apologies if I havent selected the right group, this is all new to me, and may not even apply.
I went to the doctor for BTs after feeling tired and cold for years.
I had a TSH test a couple of years ago and it was normal. Just assumed if I went back the doctor would tell me I am just going through a phase. Over the past 6 months I have gotten much colder, forgetful and lacking in concentration as well as a steady but constant feeling of tiredness.
My TSH came back as 0.03 but my t3 and 4 were normal.
I dont know what this means and my doctor callback isnt for 2 weeks (thanks NHS hehe)
Did anyone experience this with similar levels?

Since your TSH is suppressed, you have what is called subclinical hyperthyroidism. Your endocrinologist will need to find out what is causing it.
Is the appointment in 2 weeks with an endocrinologist?
Btw, is your resting heart rate elevated?

I dont have an endocrinologist as I have no previous documented history of thyroid issues. Im 28 years old and the previous time I had a blood test for tsh was just generally because i said I felt tired and run down, but it was normal two years ago and so I never went back to the gp because I thought theyd say its just a phase or something, since tiredness is a symptom of so many things. Plus it could well have been not thyroid related two years ago. my gp callback is in two weeks yes but im not sure what theyd say!
As for resting heart rate im not sure but should I find out?!
