It itches at times and also burns i went to the doctor and she told me that it is a fungal infection due to hot weather. It’s slowly getting better but it’s been about two weeks now and im worried.

Did she run any tests or just a visual assessment? Looks like an HSV outbreak to me, though I'm not a medical professional.

Yes, looks concerning in regards to herpes. Best advice, get into the doctors office and ask for a SWAB test when you have active sores or other herpes symptoms.
