Help! What is this?

i got this outbreak around my anus since friday and it has been really itchyy. its now turned into sores because i was itching it all night in my sleep and i dont know what it is. other symptoms: constipation

really hard to poop. near constant farting. i thought it was hemorroids but ive never had that before either. itchy and burning and it constantly feels like i need to poop.image

    also the entire areaa is tender to the touch. it doesnt feel like blisters it just feels like bumps really irritated

    I think it's a herpes outbreak. I recommend getting it swab ASAP and IGG blood test.

    Did you have anal sex or someone licked your anal area recently?

    just got home. bleeding stopped now they are popping with white pus heads. very painful. any advice?

    update: just got seen by doc doing swaps. his initial assessment is a serious hair follicule infection from scratching at my shaved ass. pray for me please!!

      i think because he says it doesnt look like herpes at all but he was doing blood test just to make sure. said everything is way too tender and the white pus. just a serious infection

    for sure not herpes. i havnt got test results back yet but this definetly cannot be herpes. or am i mistaken?
