HELPPPP!!!

I went to the doctor last week since I had a small sore. She said I had a yeast infection, and it was just irritation from it. Now these popped up? Not really painful and not raised at all. Just slightly tender to the touch. I did have mildly rough sex a couple days ago and I noticed these after. image

sex can be a trigger for an outbreak to occur. i would ask the doc to take a swab test from these or a blood test at the very least

That's a herpes outbreak. Have blood work done for a proper diagnosis.

herpes can hide for weeks months and even sometimes years before a person knows they have it. just because your now seeing symptoms doesn't mean you just contracted the virus. those who have herpes are usually asymptomatic. studies show that 80% of people with HSV2 dont know they have it and even more people with HSV1 on the genitals don't know. don't go pointing fingers or freaking out. herpes is a pesky skin infection it wont kill you and it wont stop your reproductive abilities. it is a life changer but nothing life threatening. the stigma is scarier than the actual virus. get tested and go from there.

you need to stop fear mongering. the only thing you can do online is form an opinion and it should be an educated one and nothing in the form if a diagnoses. To confidently say anything is herpes without tests/evidence behind your words is very bold.

im sorry but u cant just be diagnosing people like youre a doctor. you could say it looks concerning and get retested but thats just out of line

bloodwork is typically not accurate. swab would be better
