Hemorrhoid banding.. the day after the procedure

after suffering with piles for a few years, i decided to see a doctor, he refered me to have them banded, but when i went to see the surgeon he said because there was no bleeding the NHS would not do it, so i had to go privert for the treatment. Well yesterday i thought i was going for a consultation, but he said i had 3 pile and they were really inflamed, so he banded them right away. yesterday i felt like i had a football stuck up there i got no sleep at all and this morning i had my first BM since the procedure, i could still feel the piles when i wiped but i expected not to, has anyone had this and did you still feel the lumps after BM? if so did they go when the hemerrhoid fell off??

You will feel them for a few weeks. Even after they "fall off" . Lots of water, fiber and no straining!!

No man... everyone heals different. Im still having good/bad days and im post 4 months banding. unfortunately reoccurrence can happen. it sucks. now i have to watch everything i eat,my water intake, and most importantly not to strain. You'll also probably see blood for a few weeks after the bands fall off. remember each time you go , stool will pass by the sight and reaggregate area

it's gonna take a few weeks to work. banding cuts off blood circulation so give it time. Did your doctor say anything regarding healing?
