Hemorrhoidectomy leakage and narrowing of the anus

Hi
To make a long story short I had a hemorrhoidectomy 2 weeks ago and I am quite worried about 2 aspects of my surgery:
The first one is : I am leaking yellow discharge that smells like death and I am afraid it might be an infection (I have no other signs of infection, no fever, no increased pain/redness, etc.)
And my second doubt would be the fact that my bum feels tight and blocked every time I have a bowel movement.
It feels like there is something inside that blocks it from coming out. It hurts so much because of this. Imagine a giant boulder at your door frame and you are trying to squeeze in to get inside the room. I hope it is not stenosis. I heard from other people that the butt will be more narrow and the stools expand the scar to a normal size so the bum reverts back to original size but I have no idea.
My poo shape and size is normal. For reference, I got 2 internals and 2 externals removed.
Would you please have the kindness to discuss about these 2 facts?
Thank you.

I am 7 days into recovery after reading so many horror stories I came back to give hope to some people because my life has already improved 10 fold I suffered from hlemmerhoids for 10 years, I decided to get the surgery on 4 stage 4 2 internal two external I was MISERABLE. If you had an internal lump removed the discharge is from an opening they leave to provide drainage and prevent infection. I felt obstructed for the first 6 days after my surgery to the point I could not have a bowel movement.... it was so bad I was googling how many days can you not poop before you die because I felt like I was going to die. I upped my dose on stool softeners (colace) drug my sore butt outta bed and started being more active I also found that Apple juice and apples are an excellent source of fiber and was finally able to pass stool on the 6th day. I dont know how far you are into recovery but a big part of my problem with passing stools was my stitches, as soon as my stitches dissolved (day 5) no more burning itching irittation passing gas no longer felt like I was shooting rockets out of my rectum. my recovery improved by leaps and bounds I still have pain with my bowel movements but it's relieved quickly with a tucks pad for wiping followed by a hot sitz bath. hang in there it will get better and it is worth it.
