Hems slowly killing me!

Posted , 3 users are following.

Guys I need advise! I've had active hemorrhoids now for 6 weeks and it's slowly killing me.

I've had three external ones which now two have turned into skin tags, but one is still slightly inflamed. One internal one also which doesn't seem to hurt as much.

The doctor has put me on rectogesic which isn't the most fun to apply!

It stings so terrible during and after a BM.

Is there anything I can do?

Also I'm 25, no kids and eat a mostly healthy diet - I shouldn't be having this problem!

It hurts more whilst I run - running is my favourite thing to do!!

Help please! I've been crying every morning from the pain and inability to do what I want.

It even stings during sex.

Help!!

Hi Nic , sorry to hear of your troubles . Sounds very much you need to go down the procedure route , and have this addressed . They wont go away themselves if they have got you at a stage like this I'm afraid . Get yourself referred to someone who specialises in this , not your family doctor . Also , you say it 'stings' , I would say you may also have fissures . these feel a little different from the hems themselves , but stinging and occasionally bleeding is what they do . Good luck Nic .

Bro don't go to an ordinary doctor. Go to colorectal doctor ASAP as thwy really know how to manage hems, yours is an external hem thats why its very painful. Be ready to your answers coz doctors would ask you directly some questions why you bleed bro, the worst question to me was the what is my sexual preference and when was the last sexual intercourse wtf.. got grade 3 internal hems for 15 yrs and had my surgery last mo. Goodluck bro!!
