Haven't had unprotected sex for about a year is it possible for a std to lay dormant for so long? Also could this be scabies which I knew i had about 6 months back from sharing a bed with a friend. There was a swollen lump on my scrotum as well with a small scab like it healed.

This is the swollen lump it has gone down and is almost not visible anymore but still some hard skin where it was.

i cant really help you but i can say that i had pretty much the exact same thing happen in the middle of my shaft, mine doesnt hurt or anything its just like a small crater almost, im terrified its herpes so if you find out what it is let us know

might be syphilis. it presents as a sore or chancre or irritation. painless.
