I will always be there for any one that needs me.

I will always be a listening ear, or a helping hand.

I know what its like to know no one cares.

I know what its like to feel alone and isolated and soffocated in your own thoughts.

I know how just one person can change some one elses life.

Im here for any one that needs me to prove compassion does still exist.

    aw thats a lovely note to all,

    i feel i have no one my employer doesnt keep in touch even though i text her to advise on my progress etc, i cant go out of the house because of the bullying and humiliation i suffered so its good to know that some one has a good listening ear, no matter what its about. gentle hugs back xx

      Hi Jayne03174 I think its absolutley shocking and disgusting how employers are treating their staff who have a chronic illness. Im not working at present but in my last job I was bullied by my boss and shown up humiliated in front of my work collegue and customers. I was so hopping mad. That I turned the tables on her the following day was my day off. so I said I wanted to meet with her we stood in garage show room and I bellowed at her. the main boss came out of the office to see what was going on. so I told him. he sided with me. In the end I left and with a friend of mine we ran a play group for ages 2half to going to school age. its the most rewarding job ive done and 1 Im proud of as I helped to set it up and running. I hate bullies whether at work or school. Ive gone through both their comes a pint where something just kicks in you think Im not having this. my husband was badly bullied at work it caused him to have 3 break downs he was a broken man. dont let the same happen to you I got him help from the dr as he started with depression I had a go at his boss and we looked for another job for him. hes finally got another job at the age of 52 that hes happy and contented in. you cant let bullies win as they will keep doing it. it makes me so angry when I hear of people being bullied my 2 children were bullied also. is their any 1 that you can get help support from. could your local CAB help. here for you your not alone hun private message me if you want its the envelope on the left hand side.       Yoou will find employers are only interested in you being at work not with concerns on your health. some people have good employers but their far and few between xx
