Here we go again a new symptom

i know its allergy season and my sinuses are not great. but i have this feeling my throat is tight and i cant breathe right through my nose. im not short of breath and i keep making this clicking noise with my throat. which leads to my anxiety being sky high because i now think i have a tumor in my throat. this just started yesterday. awwwwwwwwww

Yes.. you could be right.. I have this odd feeling in my throat at times-- mainly when I'm laying in bed at night. Very bothersome especially last night. I ate kinda late so I"m thinking that's why. Just another thing to monitor-- my food intake before bed.

yes my acid reflux turned into GERD which sucks but that's the clicking in your throat. Drink water and stay calm. Keep your head elevated at night and don't eat closer than 2 hours before bed.

its the strangest thing and now my anxiety is threw the roof because i think there is something wrong with me. had FAMILY over for EASTER dinner just wanted them to leave was not in the mood, pretend happy face. didnt really eat much my stomach is in knots

yes this acid reflux does some weird things with my throat which leads to anxiety that causes MORE throat symptoms!

being that im the biggest hypocodriac, it makes it worst. what anxiety can do to your body. one day im fine and then bam it comes on. yesterday my stomach was bad hsd no appetite at all. love to workout didnt even do that yesterday . my fiance thinks its because ive been doing the keto diet for to long . so tonight he is going to FIVE GUYS and getting me a burger with french fries

I had an endoscopy only last week because of all the throat problems, results are all good. I told my gp she must be sick of me being a hypocondraic and do you know what she said! She told me a hypo is someone who imagines they have all these things wrong when in fact they're fine. She told me all my symptoms were real, and physical symptoms so I'm definitely not a hypocondraic, please take this on board for yourself, all of our symptoms are real and definitely not imagined, be strong this is Acid Reflux, it may last month's but speak to your GP.

It just seems like every month its a new symptom, or week, last month i had all this stomach pain, my doctor had me go and get a ct and everything was fine , thank GOD, what we have to go through, this sucks
