Herpes??

So this past Thursday (6/8/17)my ex bf and I got into a argument which lead to abuse. So you could say I was pretty stressed out. My friends wanted me to get out of the house to get my mind off things, so we went to a festival and had a few drinks along with that Saturday. I noticed on that Friday night my urine was burning pretty bad and I just shaved down there (I have real sensitive skin) and I have been using baby wipes (Walmart brand) in substitute of toliet paper because I kept forgetting to grab some at the store. I thought that Sunday I had a pretty bad yeast infection from using the baby wipes so much and me just shaving down there. I have these sites but they don't hurt or burn at all. They sent red or swollen. Only thing hurt is me peeing. Feels like I'm peeing needles. Idk what to do.

It is possible that you have a urinary tract infection, you did say you went to a festival (alcohol etc i presume?). You could have a case of folliculitis from shaving.

    Herpes would look like coldsores.

You really need to see a Dr. UTI's can turn into kidney infections untreated! And rapidly in some people.

Oh and yeast infections can also cause urine trouble if they are bad enough. You are wiping away all the good flora when you use baby wipes down there.

You definitely should be evaluated by a doctor.

Yes, I got very drunk Friday and Saturday (beer) and before the festival I was using baby wipes from like Tuesday- friday. Saturday I didn't come home. I felt the burn from the pee Friday night but barely probably because I was drunk and same with Saturday. I noticed a few sores down there but I thought it was bothered from shaving. They do look like canker sore but they don't hurt and they are not red and they are not in a cluster. I took the monistat 1 that came with cream and wipes along with the little white tiny egg lol. And put the cream on and the tiny sore because large mostly because I put the cream on them that made them more soft. It's not Wednesdays and they still don't hurt. Just hurts to pee even after taking AZO. I had left over antibiotics from my last UTI so I started taking that but it's not helping with the pee. I don't have any other symptoms of herpes because the few sores and burning pee. No fever, headaches, itching nothing.

Not all UTI's respond to the same antibiotics. You should definitely see your practitioner. I have had certain antibiotics fail for UTI's before. Your doctor needs to do a urine culture.

Also, the wipes could be irritating your urethra, which could be the cause of the burning sensation. I forgot to ask if you have lower abdominal pain? Which you would likely have if it was a UTI. Is your urine clear or cloudy?

Do you have an internal yeast infection? Is the skin red/inflamed inside, is there discharge? Perhaps an oral anti fungal tablet would help like "Difflucan One" (fluconazole). This might also treat the burning urination.

It sounds like you have a UTI! A urinary tract infection is an infection in any part of your urinary system — your kidneys, ureters, bladder and urethra.

Luckily it's very treatable and preventable! I have had that before, when I had sex for the first time ever. It hurt like a mf for a month. Back then I didn't know that peeing after sex was necessary, and I wasn't treated with any antibiotics so I just went thru a whole month of painful experience until it healed on its own.

What I would do is go to a doctor and let them prescribe you antibiotics!

So make sure you remember to urine right after sexual intercourse!
