I recently had sex with a guy and noticed these bumps forming a few days ago. They started out really itchy and now they just hurt when something rubs on them or I go pee. Could it be herpes?

It does look like herpes. Mine looked similar and I just got results back for HSV1 positive.

Did u recently shave ? only asking because i recently had spots that were similar and I was negitive. ending up having folliculitis. definetly get them swabbed though
