what does this look like to you guys? its just one its not itchy i feel mild irritation with tight fitted clothing on it. it has a hard lump under skin and has been there for about a week. it has a red tip and is a little irritated from me squeezing and messing with it. im scared as hell that it could be herpes.

i have something similar its been there for a few weeks now it doesnt really bother me unless i get harsh soap on it or wipe to hard

This looks like a ingrown hair. I've had one that looks very similar. Sometimes i get them before i shave. No pain until you try to touch it. Soak in a warm bath to see if that would help.

Okay thank you guys I usually get waxed but haven’t had one since March due to this whole pandemic so I was scared it wasn’t an ingrown hair. I always thought those only came right after hair removal.

please get it looked at by a doctors for 100 answer get it swabbed and a blood test
