Herpes 1 and 2

I tested positive for herpes 1 and 2 last April,  never had an outbreak.  I heard that monolaurin and oregano oil is good to fight off the herpes.shall I take these supplements just in case?.  Will it cause the virus to reactivate?.

    I take monolaurian and I think it has helped a great deal!

    I'm not sure what it'll do, I use lysine and valtrex. The prodromal symptoms my still occur from time to time. That's my experience

    I wanted to know from a male far as their hsv2 symptoms. Do you experience pain in the groin and near the testicles.

      I have not experienced any symptoms as far as skin lesions at all
