I contracted Herpes in Feb 2016 since then i had so many outbreakes. Last week i started to feel muscle twiching in my arm (bicep) and I knew that, that is part of herpes. This week i had a headache and felt weak. two days ago i had one of my biggest outbreaks in the palm of my hands and sole of my feet. I had been for the last 2 weeks on 1200mg of Aciclovir. The only day i missed was Monday as i decided to see what happens if i stop them. In the mean time i had been on aciclovir 800mg daily since April. So either the pills or not reacting with me or cld it be that when ever i have an outbreak is bec i take in the morning half a lemon with bicarbonate of soda. Im not sure but im feeling that when ever i take the lemon thing in the morning i always have a pimple somewhere. I do not take the lemon thing everyday it is when i remember but i noticed that it is that when i take the lemon i always see a pimple somewhere.

The meds that you are on have nothing to do with the twitching of your arm.  That is normal.  However.....as for everything else.......that is going on with you........maybe the meds do not agree with you cause you have to take it five times a day??  But if you were to take the Brand name Valtrex...which is what  I am on for my genital herpes I only take it once a day.......and then I only take it when I sense my itchyness tingling around my genital areas.  My breakouts are 3-4 times a year...sometimes 2.....but I never let it get to the stage of blisters which is painful...I stay ahead of the game cause I know my body now.  Love the Valtrex...it is more expensive......but I think it is alot better than taking 5 pills a day  into your system.  But you have to switch up your eating habit...less suger and sodium intake....watch the alcohol level...it contains suger....eat lots of greens and drink lots of water.   Do not wear any tight underwear or pants...it can cause moisture  which will cause the virus to react.  Keep yourself clean and dry around your genital area.  Air yourself out....air helps to heal moisture and sores.  So when you are at home, do not wear underwear......allow yourself to breath freely around your genital area!  Use fragrance free products for genital areas at all time.  And excercise.  Becareful with lemon and soda...too much acid will eat through the enamel on your teeth.  Anything with lemon,  drink it through a straw!!  A little trick my dentist taught me!!  When your muscle twitch....rub it....massage it....or get someone to massage it for you.  And just relax with music on your headset.....your nerves are all connected to your brain.   But you should get a physical check up done at your family Doctor...take care.

I have never heard of herpes on hands and foot...what is your type called?  It must be rare?

Are you sure your non-genital lesions are herpes? Because that seems most unlikely. Same goes for upper body nerve issues. Genital herpes only causes nerve issues below the belt.

Indeed they are not herpes as yesterday went to two Dr and both of them confirmed they are not herpes. So basically in 4 months I had one heavy o/b and a couple of weeks later another o/b. So i have been clear from herpes for about two months now. The thing i have on my palm and soles is Dyshidrosis. I am going today to a dermatologist. As it is just a type of skin eczema. Thanks for all your help and support. I was pretty worried yesterday.

although both dr told me that is is not herpes i still did my check and i found out that i might have herpetic whitlow as seeing the pictures they are exactly the same. the dr told me that there is no fluid in them. today i did bust one and fluid came out so tomorrow i might go and do a pcr test. AS im sure it is herpetic whitlow.

so today i went to the dr and she know my case and when she saw them she immediatley confirmed that they are herpes. The reason why i have then in my hands because herpes affected me sytemetic. She told me no need for a pcr as we already did a pcr on your legs the 1st time. So so far i had them on my fingers, on my legs and on my feet. Now i had one of the worst o/b in my palm. scary o/b and painful. I increased med. and saw the going down immediately. lets hope for the best.

I find that incredible to believe, so can't really comment! Hope it goes away, whatever it is.
