I was diagnosed sept 5 and I’m just trying to deal with the aftermath. After you was diagnosed how long did You wait to have sex again ? I’m taking suppressive medication daily. I have no symptoms but I just have this one bump below my anus. Does that mean I’m still in the outbreak phase? Does dealing with this get easier?

Yes it does get easier, it's only been about 4 monthes for me but I am definitely coming a lot more to terms with it all now I don't get upset or anything! Hmm if you still have a bump I would wait til that goes before sex as that could be a sore... how long has it been there?

Oh you have had it for a long period of time before your initial outbreak? It probably isn't related then, if you wanted to be safe you could go and get it swabbed for hsv
