Herpes,HPV, or nothing?

I've had this for about two years now. It's not itchy and no fluids or anything like that. I got a blood test done about two years ago after i started getting more and more random bumps and everything came back negative. They tested me for 7 different things including HSV2. I haven't gotten anymore once it hit the point to what I've attached. Is this something I should go back for? Any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm a nervous wreck about it.

    I have almost identical symptoms, although not as many bumps.

    Did yours start out as redness? I got checked and they said it was balanitis. Had Blood and urine tests, all negative and the redness went away eventaully with some cream. But now these almost invisible bumps appear, and seem to shine in the right light conditions. Did you experience and pain urinating and during ejaculation?
