Herpes kills ?

So I was reading this article, and it said if hsv2 is left untreated you can die ? Is this true ??? Please help

    I've done a lot of research in the last few months and everything I've come accross has said that it will not kill you or cause major health problems it more plays with your emotions more then anything. Hope this helps.
