Herpes or genital warts?

I had unprotected sex earlier this month, and had some weird spotting and discharge which prompted me to get an STD test which just came back positive for chlamydia. Meanwhile last night I was having some itching and discomfort in my vagina which I thought it was a reaction to the nuva ring. After learning I have chlamydia, I tried to get a closer look and I am worried that I have herpes or hpv as well, which the doctor didn't test for. There are some bumps but it's hard to tell if it's normal vaginal texture just irritated, or herpes sores. It's itchy and red which is definitely a bad sign, but that could be because of the chlamydia? I am going to see a doctor tomorrow morning (soonest possible) - but if anyone has familiarity with the virus I was hoping to get some feedback for peace of mind tonight. These photos are from inside the labia minora, right around the vaginal opening.imageimage

Have you been diagnosed? I wouldn't say burn or tingle, it's like an itchy crawling feeling. But again not sure if that's related to herpes or chlamydia which I have been diagnosed with. The bumps are what's really scaring me, but vaginas can be bumpy naturally so I'm hoping it's that and not sores or warts...

I ended up not having herpes, they said it was just a dry patch of skin probably from the tearing because of the circumcision being done so tight , also did a urethral swab and nothing came back . Abu

I got there kind of late and couldn't be seen... it has gone down and looks better since I posted this, though still somewhat red and uncomfortable. Going to try the doctor again tomorrow, will follow back up!
