Herpes or severe yeast infection?

I had unprotected sex with a guy I was talking to twice on 11/17 and 11/18. He pulled out the first time we had sex but the second time we had sex I let him cum in me (I'm on Nexplanon). The day after he came in me I started to get really itchy & felt a burning sensation and my discharge was really thick & clumpy so I started eating more yogurt which helped but I was still itchy in a certain spot. I took a shower & when I was washing myself, I felt bumps. I looked at them with a mirror & took photos and it didn't look like blisters or sores, just pimples but they itched and burned at times. It is now January 10th & I am still experiencing these symptoms (itchiness, burning, white clumpy-cottage cheese, bumps), but worse. I'm starting to develop an irritating rash and its making it uncomfortable to sit and walk. Could this be herpes or a severe yeast infection?

I would also like to specify the bumps. They aren't scattered all around my vagina, just the outer lips of the vaginal opening. I'm going to assume that I do have herpes lol

    Hi Inkblox66828,

Your symptoms sound that you have vaginal yeast infection. Eating only yogurt doesn't help you, you need to have treatments. As the infection can be worse if you leave untreated. Antifungal medications will help you. To make sure, you should meet your doctor to get tested.
