Herpes or something else?

A little back story, I am 23 and was diagnosed with early menopause (i dont ovulate or produce enough estrogen) I havent been sexually active since my ex (in 1 year) I started dating someone and the day after we had sex i noticed unusual discharge, pale yellow - no scent. I made an appt to have it looked at, the dr told me the discharge was normal and not to worry about it but said my vagina was atropic. A few days later the discharge did not stop so i tried monistat cream (Target Brand) after using that for a few days i noticed bumps on my vagina so i stopped using it, the bumps started spreading near my butthole but they wernt really itchy or irritated. a few days later i noticed a burning sensation when urinating so decided to go to Urgent Care, I was told it was an allergic reaction to the Monistat and was given one 150mg dosage of diflucan, anti itch cream and benadryl, I went to the OBGYN 3 days later and was told i had Herpes, I was in disbelief - i had no burning, no itching, no flu like symptoms. I left pretty upset and called my boyfriend, he swore he was clean but went and got tested the next day. I went back to another OBGYN for another opinion and to have a swab test done. The 2nd OBGYN confirmed herpes but i am still waiting on the swab test results. My boyfriends results just came back negative. Has anyone had similar symptoms? I was also told the outbreak i have is really bad, but it really hasnt irritated me that much and i havent felt sick or itchy and the burning stopped.
