Herpes or something else? Seeking opinion before I go in

Hello,

Notice a small skin tag growing in an area near the base of my penis. Ripped it off and started to bleed. This was about 5 days ago. Then about 3 days ago notice two small bumps in that area. I assumed they were ingrown hairs so I pulled one of the hairs out. Now today this is what it looks like. Had protected sex with a girl I met about a week and half a go. I do get ingrown hairs in that area every once in a while however never two side by side. No pain, but the area is tender. Figured I ask on here first. I don't have insurance but I can try to scrape some money to go see a doctor if needed.imageimageimageimageimage

    After looking online, it might be folliculitis. I will probably wait a few days to see if starts getting really painful, red, open, oozing sores, then I'll try to find a low cost clinic to get tested for herpes.
