hi guys, can anyone give me some information on there personal time on medication. i was on paroxetine for panic attacks, deppression and very bad pms. they helped alot as before taking these i didnt want leave house or do anything. i was even out of work for 6 yrs but now im working been working for 4 weeks. and i felt great but my anger and panic attacks were still very bad so doctors took me off them and now im going to start ciprolmal 10mg. i went down from 60 to 10 of paroxetine and today is the second day of taking nothing and im due to start the new ones tomorrow morning.. im feeling very down and angry and i keep getting very sensitive head pulptations. doctor said that week i will feel like this but what i wanted to find out if there is anyone out there who has done the same as me?? changing there meds?? also im thinking about taking them tonight thank you all for listen or reading.. really need a friend!! xx

    Hello katie . I was on sertraline 100 mg they were a nightmare. I was put on CIT . started off with 5 mg then increased to 30 mg in 5 weeks. And stayed on that course for 12 months. I feel brilliant now. I don't look back at all of those dark days.

    OK at first you get all the swetts .heightened anxiety but passes. That's all good but you have to believe in your self. And be positive when you feel sh*t.

      Thank you for ur reply.. I felt amazing on my paroxetine but doctor thou the cit would best suit me... I went a long way with my other med but the cit are making me feel like they pushing me back wards.. Do u have any time to help will the sicky feeling and head akea?? I have a 6 yr old son and my partner don't understand... Thank u x

      Sorry katie can't help you with your hubby not understanding . I didn't when my wife went through it ,until something snapped with me taking on board everyone problems and sorting out stuff.

      I think you have to try to give your self dome time and be kind to your self. Be a bit selfish. Smile more when you Dont want to. Eat more.rest more.I seen a hypnosis guy and he helped me. Cost £300 for 5 sessions .best money I ever spent. Came out if his room feeling like I just one the lottery.

      Hi there thanxz u for ur reply... He ain't my hubby just my other half... I've started speaking to someone about my emotions... Just the change ov med r hitting me harder that I thought it would tbh but thank u
