Check all the labels; not more than 5g per 100g of fat in anything, and not more than 15g of fat in any meal. You have to take them within an hour of the meal. I use My Fitness Pal to keep track but there are others.

Well have been on Orlistat since on the 5th of April have have lost 9.6lb and an still going strong. What have leant so far is you don't eat more than 5g of fat food in each meal, but for me I have milk shake mix with any kind of fruits and blende all together in the morning, then I eat weetabix chocolate for lunch and I eat a little portion of what ever meal we have at home with the smallest plate in the house by 7pm and i do a little workout or run on the treadmill for 30mins everyday when I missed that I replace it with 30 jumping jack. Planning on registering with the gym next month. these are what have been doing And sometimes I take it for just lunch and dinner. Trying to put everything I love into my diet as little as I can, so as not to completely take them off, this I feel will help when I reach my goal weight and maintain the weight and not go off track. Do your reach online and on youtube look are food you can eat to support your diet. Orlistat work but it's not a magic capsul you have to be on a good healthy meal and a little activity to see result. When you eat what you are not suppose to eat Orlistat will tell you through your stool and it's pretty embarrassing. Good luck
