Hi i have been depressed for few months

i have been have this fordyce spots on my foreskin and red small pimples on my penis head which some times causes even in the anus. i am fearing as i had protected sex with using condom with unknown person on 2022 and lately after getting these fordyce spots i was concerned on this and 2023 i meet a dermatologist and took test for hiv 1,2 had negative vdrl test - non reactive and hsv-2 igm had -0.956 equi state so doctor told me to just continue on isotretinoin tablet.during taking those i see drastically change in fordyce spots but the red dots dnt go as i use aqua cav lotion may be . kindly help me out i am depressed still.

    ask your doctor about Valtrex or you can buy it offline in the US with an online doctor through websites like wisp but an antiviral will help get rid of the outbreak faster.
